Serving the Community
Through your generous sadaqah and zakat, we provide educational programs, maintain daily prayers, distribute food and supplies to those in need, and continue to expand our facilities to serve Hattiesburg. Below are some highlights of our collective impact.
Single Mom Relocation Help
The community came together to support a single mother and her child as they transitioned from a local homeless shelter into their own apartment. Our dedicated volunteers provided entirely free, end-to-end relocation assistance. This included driving the U-Haul, safely moving all of their belongings, and taking the time to fully assemble their furniture. To help them settle in comfortably, we were also able to donate several essential furniture pieces. We are blessed to help this family start their new chapter with dignity and peace of mind.
